AMSA Regional Conference for Regions 1, 2, and 3 is set for October 2-4 2009 at the Doubletree Hotel in center city Philadelphia.
Philadelphia College of Physicians Event:
We invite all registrants to join us at this exciting event that will mark the opening of this year's regional conference. The event fee includes a light dinner, open bar, and free access to the Mutter museum with optional museum tour. Hoping to foster a sense of community amongst the attendees we have invited not only conference registrants, but also area facutly and the conference's guest speakers. Come join us as we celebrate the opening of this year's regional conference. Dress is business casual.

We will be offering Early Bird registration until September 15th 2009. After September 15th, the cost of registration will increase to our regular rate.
All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE
On-Site Registration: On-site registration will be available for the conference on both Friday and Saturday. We will be accepting Cash or Check (Made payable to: "AMSA Conference Regions 123").
Registration Fees: Fees cover all meeting materials and the following conference meals: Saturday breakfast and lunch and Sunday breakfast.
Photograph Release: This AMSA Regional Conference has designated photographers for the meeting. Photographs taken at the Regional Conference may be used in future AMSA publications, on the AMSA Website, or in other association materials. By registering for this meeting, you agree to allow AMSA to use your photo in any AMSA-related publication or Web site.
Waiver of Liability: Each individual attending AMSA's Regional Conference assumes all risks associated with his/her attendance and participation in all on- and off-site activities that occur during this time.
